Rev. Katie Jo Bielke is from Wisconsin. She graduated from Lakeland College majoring in Religion. She then attended Eden Theological Seminary where she got her M.Div. Pastor Katie Jo served a church in IL for 13 years as an associate and has been the Pastor of St. John’s UCC Chesterfield since March of 2024. She and her husband, Craig, have 2 small children and a German Shepherd puppy. “Where did you see God this week?” is a question that Pastor Katie Jo likes to ask to encourage people to find a balance between knowing about God/religion and experiencing God. We welcome all to be part of our faith family, no matter where you are on life's journey - you are welcome here.

OUR MISSION
is to provide a loving, nurturing, Christian environment for young children where they can explore various concept and skill areas in a developmentally appropriate, “hands-on” way. Children will be provided opportunities to grow and learn to their fullest potential.
Art, science, technology, language and literacy, developing a positive self-concept and attitude towards school are a vital part of the child’s day. Play is an important component in our program because it enhances social skills and emotional development. Special Preschool programs include Music, Yoga, Touch-screen iPad, STEM activities (science, technology, engineering, math), Take-Home Story bags, Weekly curriculum updates. Optional HI-NRG gymnastics offered weekly.
